6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1. The user is obliged to:

6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.
6.2. The site administration is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received only for in purpose, which is specified in point 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Provide keeping the confidential information in secret, do not disclose without the prior written permission of the User, and also do not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose in other possible ways the transferred personal data of the User, with the exception of p. 5.2. and 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure usually used to protect this kind of information in the existing business turnover.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects apply or request for the verification period, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.
7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES
7.1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is responsible for losses made by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, with the exception of cases provided for in p. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information in case of:
7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
7.2.3. Was disclosed by approval of the User.
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User of the Company's website and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in written form about the results of the claim consideration.
8.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a judicial authority in in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
8.4. Ukrainian current legislation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the approval of the User.
9.2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment when it is posted on the Company's Website, unless otherwise is provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
